We are a senior team, working across the UK and internationally. Teams stay small and everyone works directly with the client. Everyone works independently, but no one works alone, and every build is reviewed by a senior engineer before it reaches a client.
We are stack agnostic, which means we bring the right engineer to each job rather than bending every engineer to the same tools. We don't put a JavaScript specialist on a Rust build to keep them busy. Everyone works in what they are genuinely strong in, on the problems that need exactly that.
We work remotely. People are based across the UK and internationally, and we keep a few hours of daily overlap for the client calls. Client work means some meetings are fixed and the occasional trip to a client site. The rest is flexible.
We make time for learning and reviewing each other's work, because senior delivery needs room to stay sharp.
